We live in turbulent times. A lot of civil unrest and turmoil not only around the world, but here in the United States. It is important to protect your family and yourself. Don't forget self defense is an important part of preparedness. 

It's not just food preparedness, or medical supplies. It's also about having a plan for the defense of your family and fellow citizens.
