A couple years ago, I switched to a crossbow from a compound and I have to admit that I am addicted! I never thought I would give up my compound bow, but I have really enjoyed crossbow hunting. I've also been filming my hunts for the past couple years. I've gradually been getting better at filming my hunts. I am excited for this year as I will have much better camera's with me and not just my GoPro. I should get some incredible video. This year I will also be recording my turkey hunts that I will be doing with my crossbow. I can't wait!
Below is a video of a hunt I did this past archery season. I break down the hunt at the beginning of the video with an explanation, so I won't get into to much here. The name of the video is "Mistaken Buck Kill". You will see why in the video.
I have had a lot of hunting success here at the Homestead and I am blessed to be able to have land with lots of wild game. There is nothing better than harvesting your own game on your own land. God is good! Check out my video below and leave a comment! If you haven't subscribed to our YouTube channel, please do! You can subscribe here.
